Call Canada Post and let them know that you are a new tenant and you would like to register to get your post box.  They will register you free of charge.  They'll provide you with the location of your post office box in your neighborhood and provide you with keys to your box.  However, if you lose your keys, they will charge you for rekeying and giving you new keys.

We have registered your suite with Canada Post.  However, sometimes Canada Post can't find it in their system...well, I can't tell you why.  So try adding a letter to your address, for example:
